Geting to know you
Our Consultation Meeting will see us discuss your wants, needs and budget requirements.
Design and Creative
Our proposals include a variety of moodboards, concept and style boards, venue suggestions, ceremony and breakfast layout plans, lighting plans, supplier suggestions, both 2D and 3D visualisations and a budget breakdown to ensure everything suggested is possible.
Working with Suppliers
We only work alongside the industries most acclaimed suppliers and will bring on the right suppliers for your design concept, wants and needs.
On the Day Coordination
Ensuring everything is perfectly placed, and that each part of the day runs to schedule, we will manage all suppliers on the day. As professional stylists we ensure everything is exactly how it should be, leaving you stress free, and to simply enjoy your perfect wedding day.
Pricing
As our weddings vary in size and service needs, all of our quotes are bespoke. Although note that we will usually take a % fee of your budget as our design/planning fee, although a minimum fee does apply.
This fee will include our initial consultation, venue searches, mood boards, creative design and concept, sourcing suppliers to suit your design needs, budget breakdown, management of suppliers and the on-the-day styling and coordination. Travel costs and accommodation costs would be listed separately if required.

A. Typically the larger the wedding budget, the more complicated and complex the wedding design and planning becomes, which is why we will usually charge a percentage of the budget as our fee. This percentage usually ranges from 10-20% depending on the scope of the design, duration of the wedding and the location. Please note that we do have a minimum fee. In some cases, we will charge a set rate, on the understanding that if the design scope and specification changes throughout the planning, the fee will be changed to accommodate this. A. Of course we will be! This is where our styling background comes into its element as we ensure each designed area of the wedding comes to life. We will more than likely be the first people there, and will certainly be the very last people to leave. We will always oversee the set up, manage all other suppliers and make sure that everything is exactly as it should be.

A. All budgets vary depending on the duration of the wedding, the location and the number of guests invited. However as design specialists, we typically only design and plan weddings at venues with budgets starting at £100,000. Please always get in touch if your budget is lower than this, as we will always accommodate you if we can do.

A. Yes we are fully insured and carry both public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Please note that some venues will require you to purchase your own insurance, but we are happy to assist with the process if needed.

A. As design and creative wedding specialists, we really limit the number of weddings we plan each year so that we can give the designing the time and attention to detail that it deserves. Working with only a limited number of couples per year, the correct level of service is achievable.
